Frequently asked questions

What HubSpot objects can I sync?

You can read and write to all standard HubSpot objects, including Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, and Products. The connector also supports custom objects and all associated standard and custom fields.

How does the integration handle API rate limits?

The Flows360 platform includes built-in rate limit handling and intelligent retry logic. Our system manages API call volume to operate efficiently within HubSpot's specified limits, ensuring reliable data transfer without service interruptions.

Can I use this integration to migrate data into HubSpot?

Yes. The HubSpot connector is frequently used for data migration projects, enabling you to map and sync data from other CRMs like Salesforce or from spreadsheets and databases directly into your HubSpot instance.

Is real-time, bidirectional sync supported?

Yes. You can configure flows to run in real-time and perform bidirectional synchronization. This ensures that a change in either HubSpot or a connected application is reflected in the other system near-instantaneously.

Overview

The HubSpot connector provides real-time, bidirectional synchronization for core CRM objects, including all standard and custom fields. It is designed to replace manual data entry and CSV-based workflows.

Key capabilities include:

* Workflow Automation: Configure automated workflows to trigger actions in external applications based on HubSpot events (e.g., deal stage changes). Conversely, update HubSpot records based on events from other connected systems.
* Data Enrichment: Augment HubSpot records with data from other sources, such as financial systems or product analytics platforms, to create a unified customer profile.

Limitations

* API Rate Limiting: This connector is subject to HubSpot's API rate limits, which may vary based on your HubSpot subscription tier. High-volume workflows may require optimization to stay within these limits.
* Object Scope: This connector primarily supports standard HubSpot objects (Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets). Support for certain custom objects may be limited.
* Trigger Latency: Webhook-based triggers may experience a minor delay (typically under 30 seconds) between an event occurring in HubSpot and the workflow execution.
