Questions before you choose.
How does billing work?
Launch and Scale use a 12-month contract. Choose monthly billing to spread payments across the year, or yearly billing to pay the annual amount upfront. VAT is added where applicable.
Can I cancel before billing starts?
Where a trial applies, you can cancel before the trial ends and billing will not start. Your checkout confirms the dates and terms before you submit.
Is payment handled securely?
Yes. Stripe processes your card payment using its secure checkout. Flows360 does not receive or store your card details.
Do you use Stripe for card payments?
Yes. Stripe handles card payments and the billing details entered at checkout. Flows360 does not store your card data.
What happens on the call?
30 minutes with one of the founders. You describe a process that keeps breaking, and we tell you whether Flows360 fixes it. If it does not, we will say so.
How long until we see something working?
It can be the same day. If we already connect to your systems and you want one process running between them, that is a short piece of work rather than a project. Larger rollouts take longer, and we will tell you what yours looks like on the call rather than guessing here.
What happens to our data?
Flows360 does not store your data. It moves data between your systems and passes it on. It is not the place your data lives. You can send your data into your own data lake, and it stays yours. If Flows360 went away tomorrow, your data would still be sitting in your own systems, because it was never ours to hold.
Can we run this in our own environment?
Yes, on the Complex plan. Private cloud, your own infrastructure or on-premise, with security, data residency and access controls scoped to your requirements.
We already have an integration platform. Why would we need this?
You probably do, and you are probably keeping it. The question is whether anything checks that the business process actually finished, and keeps the evidence. That is a different job.
