These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flows360 platform and website provided by Flows360 LTD ("Flows360", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Flows360 provides a cloud-based software platform designed to support integrations, data movement, mappings, workflow logic and operational visibility across connected systems. The service may depend on third-party systems, APIs, credentials and infrastructure chosen by the customer.

3. Eligibility and Authority

You represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation using the service. If you are using the platform for a company or other legal entity, those references to “you” include that entity.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and not to:

• misuse, disrupt, overload or attempt to interfere with the service
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or environment
• use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others or breaches applicable law
• use the service to process data where you do not have the right or lawful basis to do so

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy and legality of the data you connect or process
• the configuration and operation of your integrations and workflows
• maintaining credentials, access controls and permissions for connected systems
• ensuring compliance with applicable data protection, sector and regulatory requirements

6. Third-Party Systems and Dependencies

The platform may rely on third-party software, services, APIs, databases or infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages, functionality changes, restrictions, deprecations or failures introduced by those third parties. Compatibility may change where third-party providers alter their services.

7. Data Processing

Where personal or business data is processed through the platform, you remain responsible for determining the purpose and lawful basis of that processing. Flows360 generally acts on customer instructions in relation to configured workflows and does not claim ownership of customer data.

8. Subscriptions, Fees and Payments

Some plans may be purchased through self-serve payment methods such as Stripe. Other commercial arrangements may be invoiced directly under separate order forms, statements of work or negotiated terms. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Availability and Support

We aim to provide a reliable and commercially reasonable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available operation. Maintenance, deployments, security work, upstream provider issues or infrastructure events may affect availability from time to time.

10. No Guarantee of Outcomes

The platform is designed to support integrations, workflow execution and operational visibility. It is a software tool, not a guarantee of business outcomes, revenue impact, reporting accuracy across third-party systems, or uninterrupted downstream system behaviour.

11. Intellectual Property

Flows360 and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the platform, software, documentation, interface design, branding and related materials. You retain your rights in your own data and materials.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, non-payment, legal risk, or a security issue requiring urgent action. You may stop using the service in accordance with the applicable commercial terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flows360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of revenue, profit, data, goodwill, business opportunity or anticipated savings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the relevant service during the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Flows360 harmless against claims, losses or liabilities arising from your misuse of the service, your data, your breach of these Terms, or your failure to obtain the rights and permissions necessary for connected systems and processed data.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be made available on this page. Continued use of the service after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
