Overview
We’re building Flows360, a next-generation iPaaS platform focused on connecting fragmented business systems and enabling governed automation at scale.
We’re looking for an iPaaS Engineer who can design and build robust connectors, support customer onboarding through custom integrations, and help evolve Flows360 Studio into a faster, more scalable delivery engine.
This is not a maintenance role. You’ll be building core product capability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain connectors
- Design, develop and maintain integrations across platforms (e.g. CRM, ERP, finance, productivity tools)
- Implement REST, SOAP and event-based integrations
- Handle authentication (OAuth2, API keys, webhooks)
- Customer onboarding & delivery
- Translate customer requirements into working integrations and workflows
- Configure mappings, transformations and automation logic
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimise performance
- Develop within Flows360 Studio
- Extend internal framework (nodes, mappings, workflows)
- Improve reusability of connectors and templates
- Reduce onboarding time through standardisation and tooling
- DevOps & deployment
- Support CI/CD pipelines and environment management
- Ensure reliability, monitoring and logging of integrations
- Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Data & logic handling
- Design data mappings across systems (bidirectional where needed)
- Implement transformation logic and validation rules
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience building integrations or working in an iPaaS environment
- Solid backend engineering skills (Node.js, TypeScript, Python or similar)
- Experience working with APIs (REST, GraphQL, webhooks)
- Understanding of data models across systems (CRM, ERP, billing, etc.)
- Familiarity with authentication patterns (OAuth2, JWT, API keys)
- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines
- Ability to work from loose requirements and turn them into structured solutions
Nice to Have (But Valuable)
- Experience with platforms like MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier or Celigo
- Exposure to RevOps systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Stripe)
- Experience building internal tools or low-code platforms
- Understanding of event-driven architectures
What Good Looks Like in This Role
You think in systems, not just code
You can take a vague requirement like “sync deals between systems” and turn it into a reliable, scalable integration
You prioritise reusability over one-off builds
You reduce onboarding time with each new customer
